This is on the Wix platform in which we can now offer services to other organisations in terms of professional development from a trusted local partner. No offshore call centres. The aim is to ensure longer term you are self sufficient in terms of ongoing maintenance and support of your site. We do offer service and support packages for piece of mind in terms of being able to access further professional support. Services offered - Free consultation to discuss requirements Basic Wix website platform for your business - $1,500 fixed fee. $1,500 fixed fee for basic website development on Wix platform which would include: * basic site stood up and published optimised both for web and mobile viewing * module configured Customer Relationship Management (CRM) * configuration of Wix Owners App to connect with customers * general site settings configured including ‘contact cards’ * linkage of custom domain and business email configuration * connection of ‘Stripe’ payments platform for online purchases * basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for site * training and navigation across the site and how to manage as the owner ongoing with some quick reference cards for critical processes (Note costs for the Wix platform packages, domain name, logos & business cards etc. would be passed on to end customer with no admin fees charged) Advanced Wix website platform for your business (e-commerce, appointment bookings, restaurant, other customer directed Wix applications) As each of the modules comes with increased complexity there is an implementation charge associated. # e-Commerce platform : $1,500 fixed fee (scope to be defined with customer) # wix restaurants : $1,500 fixed fee (scope to be defined with customer) # appointment bookings : $900 fixed fee (scope to be defined with customer) # other Wix applications : fixed fee on request based on complexity If you just wish to have general uplift work on your existing site or help in migrating over from another provider then the hourly charge out rates are: * basic website work of low complexity AUD $100 per hour (ex gst) * complex website configurations AUD $135 per hour (ex gst) The complexity of the work and hence charge out rate would be decided at the time of consultation with a formal quotation then being in place stating requirements & scope.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation subject to one weeks notice arrangements given current demand for services. 50% charge for a late booking unless can be filled by another customer. Not applicable to specific catering options or specialist services as a deposit will be requested for these services in advance of 50% of quotation.
